Product Compatibility is limited to OEM Wired CarPlay Touch Screen Cars (excluding BMW and Tesla cars). Wireless CarPlay is compatible with iPhone 6 and above with iOS 10.0 and above, while Wireless Android Auto requires an Android phone with Android 11.0 and above. Please note that Wired CarPlay can only pair with Apple phones and Wired Android Auto can only pair with Android phones.

To enter the Android 11 system, follow these three steps: insert the product into the car's USB port, click on the "CarPlay" icon on the original car screen, and then access the Android 11 interface. Implementing Wireless CarPlay or Android Auto also involves three steps: plug the device into the car USB port, click on the original wired CarPlay icon, open the wifi and Bluetooth signals on the iPhone, find the device's Bluetooth signal, and connect.
